Soho Holding Group, the controlling shareholder, directly and indirectly holds approximately 510 million shares of the company, representing about 50.58% of the total issued shares. This includes: - Direct holdings of approximately 275 million A shares (27.33% of total issued shares) - Indirect holdings of approximately 210 million A shares (20.84% of total issued shares) through its concerted action parties: Soho Holly Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Soho Huihong Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Jiangsu Huihong International Group Co., Ltd.), and Jiangsu Holly International Logistics Co., Ltd. - Holdings of 24.255 million H shares (2.41% of total issued shares) through its wholly-owned overseas subsidiary Zhongshan Company.
