Sino Land (83) Announces HK$0.43 Final Dividend With Scrip Option

Bulletin Express
Nov 05

Sino Land (83) has announced a final dividend of HK$0.43 per share for the year ended 30 June 2025. Shareholders whose names appeared on the register of members at the close of business on 30 October 2025 may opt to receive this dividend wholly in cash, entirely in newly issued shares, or partly in each form.

The allotment price for the new shares is set at HK$9.77, determined by averaging the closing price of Sino Land’s shares over five consecutive trading days starting 24 October 2025 (the first ex-dividend trading day). The number of new shares issued will be rounded down to the nearest whole share for those choosing the scrip option. Fractional entitlements will be reimbursed in cash.

If every eligible shareholder elected to take shares, the new share issuance would total approximately 402,716,953 shares, representing around 4.22% of the enlarged share capital. The record date for the final dividend, already past, was 30 October 2025, while the latest date for returning the Form of Election is 21 November 2025. Share certificates and dividend warrants are expected to be dispatched on 2 December 2025, with trading in the newly issued shares anticipated to begin on 3 December 2025.

Eligible overseas shareholders are generally able to participate; however, shareholders in certain jurisdictions are excluded due to local legal or regulatory constraints. Those unable to join the scheme will receive the dividend entirely in cash. Shareholders interested in changing any existing permanent election arrangements must submit their written notice before the 21 November 2025 deadline.
