GCL Technology Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.gcltech.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform.

The company is encouraging stakeholders—particularly non-registered shareholders whose shares are held via CCASS intermediaries—to review the online versions of the report. However, any shareholder experiencing difficulties with electronic access may request free printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications.

To obtain hard-copy materials, non-registered shareholders must complete and sign the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the prepaid mailing label or by email to 3800-ecom@vistra.com. Upon receipt, printed documents will be dispatched promptly at no cost.

Shareholders preferring to receive corporate communications by email are advised to provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure electronic delivery of future publication notices. Until such an address is supplied, notices will be sent only in printed form.
