(CATL) announced that its controlling shareholder, Xiamen Ruiting Investment Co., Ltd., plans to donate 5 million unrestricted A-shares of CATL to the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Education Development Foundation. The shares represent approximately 0.11% of the company's total share capital.
