Geotech Holdings Ltd (Stock Code: 1707) released a list of its board of directors as of 27 October 2025. Executive Directors include Wei Weizhan and Hui Sai Kwong Garrison. Independent Non-executive Directors are Chan Tsang Mo, Shen Zejing, and Yip Wai Ching.
According to the announcement, Chan Tsang Mo chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of both the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee. Shen Zejing serves as a member of all three committees. Yip Wai Ching chairs the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee, while also serving as a member of the Audit Committee.
