A subsequent unconditional cash offer for subsidiary CPM Holdings closed on 15 July 2026; 75.04 % of CPM shares are now held by the offeror consortium, with public float maintained at 25 %.
Management expects challenging property and tourism markets to persist but remains optimistic on long-term prospects, citing integration with Mainland China and continuing demand for industrial coatings. Ongoing priorities include disciplined cost control, portfolio optimisation and selective expansion.
