Progressive P (01581) has announced that Mr. Du Hanzhi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective March 2, 2026. In addition to this role, Mr. Du will serve as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee and as a member of both the audit committee and the nomination committee.
