FORTIOR (01304) rose more than 7% in afternoon trading. At the time of writing, the stock was up 5.98% to HK$157.8, with a turnover of HK$20.55 million.
The company recently reported its financial results, with revenue for the first three quarters reaching RMB 558 million, a year-on-year increase of 28.9%, while net profit declined 9% to RMB 167 million. In the third quarter alone, revenue grew 21.5% year-on-year to RMB 183 million, but net profit fell 17.9% to RMB 50.73 million.
Guosheng Securities noted that rising expense ratios have put short-term pressure on the company, but its high R&D investments could drive future growth. Huatai Securities highlighted that increasing computing power in data centers is boosting demand for server cooling solutions. FORTIOR has secured a place in the supply chain of global mainstream server cooling fan manufacturers and is gradually scaling up production for industrial servo and robotics applications.
Additionally, the company has launched motor sensor-related products, and with their market introduction and customer adoption, FORTIOR is poised to open a new growth trajectory.
