SMART FISH (00139) announced that Mr. He Xuqiong has been appointed as the company's Chief Executive Officer, replacing Mr. Chen Xiaodong, effective from September 1, 2025. Mr. Chen will continue to serve as Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Board.
