Ying Hai Group Holdings Company Limited released its monthly return for May 2026, confirming that the group’s share capital structure remained unchanged during the period. Authorised share capital stayed at HKD 120.00 million, representing 12.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each.

The issued share count was steady at 1.20 billion ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares as at 31 May 2026. Consequently, total issued shares matched the number of shares in circulation, indicating no share repurchases, cancellations or new issuances occurred in the month.

Ying Hai Group affirmed that its public float comfortably met the minimum 25% threshold required under Hong Kong listing regulations. Additionally, the 2019 Share Option Scheme recorded no outstanding options and no exercises during the month, leaving capacity for up to 120.00 million shares to be issued should future options be granted and exercised.

The disclosure, signed by Company Secretary Ng Shing Kin on 1 June 2026, also confirmed that all listing rule obligations and regulatory requirements were duly observed, with no other equity-linked instruments, warrants, convertibles or treasury-share movements reported for the month.
