YTO INTL EXP (06123) announced that to deepen its international development strategy, closely follow the development trends of cross-border e-commerce, Chinese enterprises, and the "Belt and Road" initiative, actively expand into overseas markets, build a "1+7" global hub facilities and operational network, strengthen control over logistics core infrastructure and resources in key regions and countries, create a secure, smooth, convenient, efficient, sustainable, independent, and controllable logistics supply chain system, optimize cross-border logistics product matrix, extend cross-border logistics service chains, and commit to providing customers with one-stop services including cargo consolidation and shipping, trunk transportation, customs clearance and transshipment, and last-mile delivery, thereby further enhancing global comprehensive service capabilities.
On September 3, 2025, the buyer (Skyhub Limited Liability Partnership, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into preliminary purchase and sale agreements with the seller (YTO KZ Limited Liability Partnership), pursuant to which the buyer conditionally agreed to purchase and the seller conditionally agreed to sell the land for a total consideration of $6.1315 million. The land refers to two plots located south of the Khorgos-Almaty highway in Baiserke village, Almaty region, Kazakhstan.
The group intends to use the land for constructing bonded and non-bonded warehouses, bonded and non-bonded yards, joint logistics warehouses, and supporting living facilities.
The directors believe that the acquisition will enable the group to leverage the location and resource advantages of the land to build logistics hub nodes in key regions, countries, and critical markets, increase investment in logistics core infrastructure construction, create synergies with the group's warehousing, delivery, and logistics capabilities, thereby optimizing the cross-border logistics product matrix, extending cross-border logistics service chains, focusing on developing international express, international freight, and supply chain businesses, further enhancing global comprehensive service capabilities, and steadily building a global logistics network that "connects China to the world, and the world to the world."
