"I feel honored to participate in this congress as an employee representative. The entire meeting was well-organized with standardized procedures and a strong democratic atmosphere. After listening to the company leadership's work report, I feel proud of the company's achievements and more confident about its future development," said Shi Yue, an employee representative who attended the congress.

The congress followed a comprehensive 10-item agenda. Additionally, the congress established a Labor Relations Coordination Committee and a Proposal Committee through voting. "The Labor Relations Coordination Committee was established to protect the legitimate rights and interests of every delivery rider. The Proposal Committee was created to ensure employee representatives fulfill their responsibilities and bring valuable proposals to the congress, providing opportunities for all employees to contribute to the company's development," explained Zhang Yanmin, the company's union chairman.

During the congress, employee representatives submitted three proposals, including suggestions to "improve the employee welfare system" and "establish an employee performance management information system to provide more accurate performance evaluation standards." One representative noted, "My proposal was made after consulting with more than 20 delivery rider colleagues and represents our collective voice. I understand that being a representative is not only an honor but also a significant responsibility, and I will fulfill this sacred duty."

The meeting also recognized exemplary delivery riders. Liu Taohua, one of the honored "Most Beautiful Riders," expressed gratitude: "I thank the company and colleagues for selecting me as a 'Most Beautiful Rider.' I will set a good example and play a leading role. As a Meituan delivery rider, there are hardships and sweat in the work, but also growth and rewards. I am proud to be a Meituan delivery rider.
