China Resources Land Limited released a shareholder letter dated 24 September 2026 confirming that the company’s 2026 Interim Report, in both English and Chinese, is now accessible on its website (www.crland.com.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected to receive corporate communications electronically and experience difficulties accessing the report can obtain a printed version free of charge. To request hard copies, investors should complete Part A of the enclosed Instruction Slip and submit it to the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via facsimile (+852 2861 1465), email (chinaresland1109-ecom@vistra.com), or post using the pre-paid mailing label.

The letter also reminds shareholders that they may change their preferred method of receiving future corporate communications at any time without cost. To do so, investors must complete Part B of the same Instruction Slip and return it through any of the aforementioned channels.
