Prudential sets Mar, 27 2026 record date for proposed 2025 second interim dividend

Prudential plc announced that, subject to approval by a committee of its board, a second interim dividend for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2025 will be determined with a record date of Mar, 27 2026.
The ordinary shares will trade ex-dividend on Mar, 26 2026. Share transfers must be lodged by Mar, 27 2026 16:30, and shareholders wishing to elect currency or scrip options must do so by Apr, 21 2026 16:30.
The dividend amount, payment date, exchange rates and the price for scrip shares will be released in a later announcement. The default distribution will be in cash, with eligible investors able to opt for scrip shares or choose payment in Hong Kong dollars or US dollars.
