SAU SAN TONG (08200) announced that on March 19, 2026, the subscriber, Yi Jie Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, subscribed for an independent investment portfolio of the fund (Meta Wisdom Global Multi-Asset Independent Portfolio) for a total consideration of HK$8 million, excluding transaction costs. The total subscription amount was HK$8 million.
