SINOPEC CORP (00386) announced that Mr. Hou Qijun has been appointed as Chairman of the Company's Ninth Board of Directors, effective from August 21, 2025. The Board announced the appointment of Mr. Hou Qijun as Chairman of the Strategic Committee and member of the Nomination Committee; Mr. Zhao Dong as Chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee; and Mr. Cai Yong as member of the Audit Committee, all effective from August 21, 2025.
