On November 2, staff from State Grid Qingyang Power Company visited the live-streaming studio of Jiawei E-commerce Co., Ltd. in Ning County, Qingyang City, conducting thorough inspections of broadcasting equipment and power supply lines to ensure stable electricity for the sales of specialty agricultural products.

Jiawei E-commerce Co., Ltd. is a flagship enterprise in local rural revitalization, selling Ning County apples, millet, and honey nationwide through an "e-commerce + farmers" model. During the annual "Double 11" shopping festival, the company's order volume surges to over 10 times its usual level, placing high demands on power supply for live-streaming, warehousing, sorting, and cold-chain logistics. "Our cold storage can hold 50 tons of apples. Even a one-hour power outage could cause direct losses exceeding 10,000 yuan. The power company's proactive inspection truly saved us from a crisis," said the company's manager.

To strengthen power safety for rural e-commerce, State Grid Qingyang Power Company launched targeted services, dispatching teams to inspect 20 agricultural e-commerce businesses and rural logistics hubs in Ning County. In live-streaming studios, technicians checked power sockets, computers, air conditioners, and leakage protectors during breaks to ensure uninterrupted broadcasting. In packaging and storage facilities, they examined electrical equipment for aging wires and potential faults to prevent overloads or short circuits.

Beyond business inspections, the company extended safety education to farms. At an apple plantation in Jiaocun Town, staff held workshops on safe operation of electric sorting machines, refrigeration units, and emergency repair procedures. "We used to focus only on growing apples, but now with e-commerce, power safety is crucial. The power company's guidance was clear and practical," said farmer Li, who immediately inspected her warehouse wiring after the session.

Additionally, State Grid Qingyang Power Company opened a green service channel for rural e-commerce firms. Through its "Online State Grid" app, it offers one-stop services like power consultations and fault reporting, with same-day response to ensure swift issue resolution.

Next, the company will implement 24/7 on-duty support to meet e-commerce power demands during "Double 11," ensuring stable electricity for Qingyang’s specialty products to reach wider markets, boosting farmers' incomes, and powering rural revitalization with lasting energy.
