The revision includes provisions on dividend distribution, the issuance and transfer of shares, and merger or dissolution procedures. Relevant procedures for convening general meetings are also outlined, including requirements to notify shareholders well in advance and the rights of shareholders to propose or vote on significant matters. The Articles further reaffirm the arrangement for allocating and utilizing reserve funds in accordance with applicable regulations.
