According to Zhitong Finance APP, the CSOP SK hynix Daily Leveraged 2x Product (07709) dropped more than 6%, down 6.19% as of press time to HK$40, with a turnover of HK$2.161 billion.
On the news front, market media recently cited people familiar with the matter as saying that Solidigm has held bidding meetings with multiple investment banks to compete for IPO underwriting roles, marking a substantive step forward in its listing process. The company plans to complete its listing as early as next year, targeting a fundraising scale of approximately US$15 billion. Sources cautioned that the relevant plans, including deal size and timetable, are still at an early stage and may be adjusted due to market conditions.
Affected by this news, SK hynix (SKHY) shares fell as much as 5% during Monday's Asian trading session, marking the largest drop in two weeks. Earlier reports said that Solidigm's potential U.S. listing has raised market concerns about the complex equity structure of SK Group. The Korea Corporate Governance Forum stated that Solidigm's listing will further increase the multi-layered shareholding relationships within SK Group and deepen its pyramid-style equity structure. The forum urged SK hynix (SKHY) in August to abandon the plan.
