Hong Kong—07 May 2026—AB Builders Group Limited reported no changes in its share capital structure for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Authorised Capital • The authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

Issued Shares and Public Float • Issued shares stood unchanged at 600.00 million, with no treasury shares held. • The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares.

Share Option Scheme • Under the Share Option Scheme approved on 17 August 2018, there were no outstanding options and no new shares issued during the month. • A total of 57.00 million shares remain available for future grants under the scheme.

Other Equity Instruments • The filing recorded no warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other share-issuance arrangements during the reporting period.
