CANSINOBIO (06185) announced that Mr. Gui Shuifa and Mr. Liu Jianzhong have submitted their resignations as independent non-executive directors. The resignations are due to the upcoming expiration of their six-year terms in these roles.
Additionally, Mr. Zuo Min and Ms. Ji Xuefeng have been nominated as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the third-term board, pending approval by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting.
