Modern Living Investments Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2026 are now available on both the company’s website (www.modernliving.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to review the online version but may request a free printed copy by completing and returning the enclosed Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage.

Shareholders who prefer to receive future corporate communications electronically should submit a functional email address through their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid email address is registered, notices of publication will continue to be sent in printed form.
