On October 17, 2025, during the China International Digital Economy Expo, a forum on the smart application of public resource transactions was held at the Shijiazhuang (Zhengding) International Convention and Exhibition Center. Two significant achievements in Hebei’s smart contracting were announced, leveraging AI technology to enhance the transparency, fairness, and efficiency of the public resource transaction process.
With the rapid development of large model technology, AI is profoundly reshaping the transaction ecosystem for engineering construction. At the event, the Provincial Data and Government Service Bureau and other departments introduced the AI Trading Assistant and AI Credit Intelligent Review System, providing strong technical support for creating an efficient, convenient, and transparent bidding environment.
The AI Trading Assistant offers a 24-hour professional intelligent Q&A service for evaluation experts and various transaction participants, covering high-frequency application scenarios such as policy consultation, transaction process guidance, and evaluation system operation assistance. The release of this tool marks a new stage in the integration of artificial intelligence and public resource transactions in Hebei Province.
The AI Credit Intelligent Review System utilizes multimodal large model technology to efficiently analyze the credit assessment clauses of bidding documents, promoting a shift from human-led review processes to a human-machine collaborative upgrade, thereby enhancing the objectivity, standardization, and precision of assessments.
During the practical sharing session, representatives from the Shijiazhuang Public Resource Transaction Center, Glodon Company Limited, and the Northern Big Data Trading Center shared their innovative practices regarding the application of artificial intelligence in public resource transactions.
The event, themed “Smart Leadership in Transactions: Fair Benefits for Hebei,” focused on topics such as large AI models and data factor trading, bringing together representatives from government, industry, academia, and research to explore new paths for AI empowerment in public resource transactions and promote high-quality development in this sector.
