HUADIAN POWER (01071) announced that Mr. Zhao Wei has submitted his resignation from his positions as non-executive director of the company's tenth Board of Directors and member of the Board Strategic Committee due to personal work reasons. The aforementioned resignation will take effect from the date the resignation letter is submitted to the Board of Directors. Following the effective date of his resignation, Mr. Zhao will no longer hold any position within the company.
