ZHAOJIN MINING (01818) announced that on September 17, 2025, Spyker International Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, acting as investor) entered into a cornerstone investment agreement with Zijin International (as issuer), Morgan Stanley, CITIC Securities and CITIC Lyon. Under the agreement, the investor has conditionally agreed to subscribe for investor shares at the offering price as part of the international offering, with the investment amount for such investor shares expected to be approximately HK dollar equivalent of US$30 million.

Zijin International is an international platform under Zijin Mining that focuses on gold mining, smelting and sales, and serves as a significant participant in the global gold mining industry. The company believes that this cornerstone investment will further strengthen the strategic cooperation relationship between the company and Zijin Mining, which is beneficial for maintaining the company's growth and delivering long-term returns to shareholders.
