GCL Technology Holdings Limited announced on 25 September 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on both the company website (www.gcltech.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company encourages shareholders to access the electronic version of the Interim Report and all subsequent corporate communications online. Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive physical copies will find the printed Interim Report enclosed with the notice.

Shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the online documents—or who prefer hard-copy materials—can obtain printed versions free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 3800-ecom@vistra.com.

The notice reiterates that shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Without a valid email on record, shareholders will receive printed notices and actionable corporate communications until an updated email address is supplied.
