Following approval at an extraordinary general meeting, the board of HOLLY FUTURES (03678) has announced the appointment of Mr. Wang Yuwei as an independent non-executive director for the fifth board term. The appointment is effective from March 3, 2026. Concurrently, the resignation of Mr. Huang Dechun from his role as independent non-executive director has also taken effect on the same date.
