AT&T Launches All-in-One Service to Attract Customers with New Wireless and Home Internet Bundle

AT&T Inc. has introduced a new bundled pricing plan for wireless phone and home internet services, starting at $90 per month. The package includes one mobile phone line, gigabit home internet, and connectivity for up to three connected devices. The unified plan, called AT&T OneConnect, provides unlimited connectivity for multiple devices—including smartphones, tablets, and wearables—under a single account.

Modeled after other consumer products, the Dallas-based company designed the new offering to feature a single bill with limited additional fees, describing it as the industry’s first unlimited connectivity subscription under one plan. Jenifer Robertson, Executive Vice President of Mass Markets at AT&T, explained in an interview, “We see this more like how people buy Netflix or Peloton equipment. You don’t pay Netflix extra every time you buy a TV.”

Robertson noted that AT&T will continue to sell its existing “Fusion” bundle, which combines home internet and wireless service, with individual basic plans priced between approximately $105 and $120. She also mentioned that the company found 60% of customers who considered the bundle ultimately decided against it due to its complexity.

OneConnect differs from earlier plans in that it includes all services without extra charges for adding phone lines or connected devices such as tablets or smartwatches. The company stated that the new plan was developed in response to customer feedback expressing frustration with managing multiple bills for home internet and wireless services.

A two-person plan is priced at $120 per month, allowing two members, two voice lines, up to six data devices, and one home internet connection. A family plan, costing $225 monthly, supports unlimited members, up to 10 voice lines, up to 10 data devices, and one home internet connection.

The new offering is expected to strengthen AT&T’s competitive position as carriers increase consumer incentives. As the smallest of the three major U.S. wireless carriers, AT&T previously launched a trade-in promotion allowing eligible customers to receive an iPhone 17 Pro at no cost. Verizon, which has the largest subscriber base in the industry, also offers a free iPhone 17 Pro and internet bundles that include a complimentary Samsung TV. T-Mobile US, the second-largest carrier, is running promotions that provide new customers with a selection of free phones and additional perks such as Netflix subscriptions and Wingstop chicken.
