CH INNOVATION (01217) announced that Ms. Cai Xinting has resigned from her positions as company secretary and authorized representative, effective August 31, 2025, to devote more time to her personal affairs. Mr. Huang Guozhong has been appointed as the company secretary and one of the authorized representatives as required under Rule 3.05 of the Stock Exchange's Securities Listing Rules, effective September 1, 2025.
