15 May 2026—Pan Asia Environmental Protection Group Limited released a supplemental circular, a supplemental AGM notice and a revised form of proxy for its annual general meeting scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on 8 June 2026 at 22/F, Euro Trade Centre, 13–14 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

The English and Chinese versions of the new documents are now accessible on the company’s website (www.paep.com.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy communications will receive printed documents by post.
