Synertone Communication (01613) Announces Rights Issue of 87.12 Million Shares

On 16 February 2026, Synertone Communication Corporation (01613) published a Next Day Disclosure Return disclosing the issuance of 87.12 million new ordinary shares through a rights issue on a non-underwritten basis. The issue price was HKD 0.135 per share, representing approximately 19.41% of the previously issued 448.74 million shares.
After the allotment, Synertone Communication Corporation’s total number of issued shares increased from 448.74 million to 535.86 million. The rights issue was conducted on the basis of two rights shares for every one existing share held on the Record Date, as set out in the company’s announcement and prospectus.
