The board of directors and the company's audit committee have received a letter dated December 24, 2025, from the company's auditor, RSM Hong Kong CPA Limited (formerly known as Shinewing CPA Limited), regarding their decision to resign from the position.

Following the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint Guang Shen (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the company's new auditor, effective from December 29, 2025, to fill the casual vacancy created by RSM's resignation. The appointment will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
