Gench Edu (01525) Sets 27 March 2026 Board Meeting to Approve FY 2025 Results and Final-Dividend Proposal

Shanghai Gench Education Group Limited (Gench Edu, 01525) has scheduled a board meeting for Friday, 27 March 2026. According to the announcement filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, directors will review and approve the consolidated financial results of Gench Edu and its subsidiaries for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The agenda also includes deliberation on a potential final-dividend recommendation.

The board currently comprises two executive directors (Zhao Donghui and Ding Zheyin), three non-executive directors (Fang Xiaoge, Ye Qionghai and Zhao Jiaqiao) and three independent non-executive directors (Chen Baizhu, Hu Rongen and Liu Tao). Zhao Donghui serves as chairman.
