Soochow Securities has released a report indicating that for Q3 2025, 361 DEGREES (01361) achieved year-on-year revenue growth of approximately 10% in its main offline brand, 10% in children's clothing offline sales, and about 20% in e-commerce. The discount rate is close to 30%, remaining relatively stable. The firm maintains its forecast of net profits attributable to shareholders of 1.3 billion, 1.46 billion, and 1.62 billion CNY for 2025 to 2027, respectively, translating to a PE ratio of 8, 8, and 7 times, with valuations being relatively low, thus sustaining a "Buy" rating. The report notes that as of Q3 2025, there are 93 superstores (80 for adults and 13 for children), reflecting an addition of 44 stores since Q2, exceeding expectations. The company anticipates opening an additional 20 adult superstores in Q4. The superstore locations and store sizes are superior to the traditional store types, effectively enhancing overall store performance.
In online channels, Q3 2025 saw the addition of Meituan Fast Delivery and Meituan Group Purchase services, providing consumers with a 30-minute rapid delivery service. In terms of products, Q3 2025 featured new iterations including the "Rain Shield 9th Generation" running shoes, the professional marathon racing shoes "Fly Burning 4.5," the basketball shoes "DVD4," and the running shoes "Boom 2 PRO," as well as the launch of new outdoor product lines such as "Light Wilderness," and women's fitness series "New Muscle PRO" and "New Movement." The company continues to enhance market competitiveness through product technological innovations.
Additionally, in Q3 2025, 361 DEGREES engaged in activities with NBA stars Nikola Jokic and Aaron Gordon, deepening fan interaction, strengthening the brand's professional image while boosting category sales. During the National Day period, the outdoor brand ONEWAY opened six stores simultaneously, and sales performance during the autumn-winter skiing peak season is highly anticipated. After acquiring the operational rights of the Finnish outdoor brand ONEWAY in Greater China in 2013, the brand underwent adjustments and contraction during the pandemic over nearly a decade. With the rising popularity of outdoor consumption, the brand underwent a renewed upgrade in 2024, and during the 2025 National Day holiday, ONEWAY added six new stores in northern cities (Zhengzhou, Jinan, Xi'an, Beijing, Daqing, Lhasa), each measuring 100-120 square meters with about 120 SKUs. These include three product lines: NUUKSIO, SISU, and LUXE, covering professional skiing, professional outdoor activities, and urban outdoor casual wear, predominantly focusing on apparel, with future potential to enrich the product lines.
