According to the announcement, the total registered share capital of 465.50 million shares remained unchanged for the month ended 28 February 2026, with a par value of RMB0.20 each, resulting in a total registered share capital of RMB93.10 million. The issued share count (excluding treasury shares) held steady at 461.69 million shares, while 3.81 million shares remained in treasury.
It was also disclosed that the public float ratio met the applicable threshold (25% of issued H shares, excluding treasury shares). No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other agreements to issue further shares were reported during this period.
