BAIGE DIGITAL's Hong Kong Public Offering Oversubscribed by Over 240 Times

BAIGE DIGITAL (HKEX: 02672) has announced the results of its share allocation. The company's global offering consists of 33.3444 million H shares, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% and the international offering making up the remaining 90%.

The final offer price has been set at HK$15.60 per share. The net proceeds from the global offering are expected to be approximately HK$466 million. Each board lot comprises 200 shares.

The company anticipates that its H shares will commence trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 29 June 2026.

The Hong Kong public offering portion was heavily oversubscribed, receiving applications for approximately 242.05 times the number of shares available. The international offering was also oversubscribed, by about 2.44 times.
