CHINA RES BEER (00291) announced that effective September 3, 2025: (1) Executive Director Mr. Zhao Chunwu has been transferred from his position as President to Chairman and appointed as Chairman of the company's Finance Committee; and (2) Non-executive Director Ms. Guo Wei has been appointed as a member of the company's Finance Committee.
