JD Logistics (2618) Announces Director Resignation and New Appointment

JD Logistics (2618) has reported changes to its Board and management, effective November 13, 2025. According to the announcement, Wei Hu will step down from his position as Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Authorized Representative under Hong Kong Listing Rule 3.05. Mr. Hu is set to assume new roles in JD Group. He has confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no issues that warrant shareholder or regulatory attention.

Concurrently, the company has appointed Zhenhui Wang as Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Authorized Representative. Mr. Wang, aged 50, has extensive experience within JD.com, Inc. and its subsidiaries, including leadership positions in fulfillment operations and innovative business development. Prior to his new appointment at JD Logistics, he served in various executive capacities at technology and supply-chain enterprises. Mr. Wang holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Beijing University of Science and Technology and an EMBA from China Europe International Business School. He is not entitled to director’s remuneration but may receive discretionary share-based awards under company incentive schemes.

The board of JD Logistics has expressed appreciation for Mr. Hu’s contributions and extended its welcome to Mr. Wang in his new role.
