LANCANG TEA (06911) announced that Mr. Guo Yuanjie submitted his resignation letter on September 2, 2025, due to personal reasons, deciding to resign from his positions as company secretary and deputy general manager of the company, effective on the same day. Following his resignation, Mr. Guo Yuanjie will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
