Cheetah Mobile announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company reported total revenue of RMB 287.4 million (approximately $40.37 million), representing a 49.6% year-over-year increase. Non-GAAP operating profit reached RMB 15.12 million ($2.12 million), marking the company's first quarterly operating profit in six years.
In Q3 2025, revenue from AI and other businesses grew 150.8% YoY to RMB 145.0 million, accounting for 50.4% of total revenue. The internet business achieved both revenue and profit growth in the first three quarters, with cumulative revenue reaching RMB 459.4 million (up 28.7% YoY) and adjusted operating profit of RMB 68.2 million (up 86.2% YoY), surpassing full-year 2024 levels.
Gross profit for the quarter stood at RMB 214.4 million ($30.11 million), a 64.4% YoY increase. Non-GAAP gross profit also rose 64.3% YoY to RMB 214.4 million. Both GAAP and Non-GAAP gross margins improved to 74.6%, up from 67.9% in the same period last year.
As of September 30, 2025, the company held cash and cash equivalents of RMB 1.5973 billion (approximately $224.4 million) and long-term investments of RMB 761.4 million (about $107.0 million).
