ICBC (01398) announced that its domestic preference shares, "ICBC Preference Share 1" (preference share code: 360011), will distribute dividends on November 24, 2025. Based on the coupon dividend rate of 4.58%, each share will receive a cash dividend of RMB 4.58 (tax inclusive), totaling RMB 2.061 billion (tax inclusive).
