HARMONY AUTO (03836) announced its results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The group achieved revenue of RMB 9.637 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of 29.07%. The company recorded a loss of RMB 10.592 million during the period, narrowing by 85.82% compared to the same period last year. Basic loss per share was RMB 0.008.

Despite the severe downturn in China's automotive dealership industry, the group delivered outstanding operational performance in the first half of 2025, achieving total sales volume of 30,666 units. This represents a substantial year-over-year growth of 60.6%, significantly outpacing the overall market growth rate and demonstrating the successful implementation of the group's strategic initiatives.

Hong Kong and overseas markets served as the primary growth drivers, with sales reaching 15,725 units, accounting for 51.3% of total sales volume. Meanwhile, the domestic market maintained stable scale with sales of 14,941 units, representing 48.7% of total sales volume.

Excluding the impact of non-recurring losses of RMB 32.5 million related to store closures, the group's adjusted net profit would be RMB 20.7 million, representing a significant turnaround from the loss of RMB 76.3 million in the same period of 2024, an improvement of approximately RMB 97 million.
