Greentown China (03900) Announces Unaudited Operating Data for 10 Months Ended 31 October 2025

Greentown China Holdings Limited (03900) released unaudited operating data for the ten months ended 31 October 2025. In October alone, 2,587 units of self-investment projects were sold, covering approximately 360,000 square meters and generating around RMB12.2 billion in monthly sales, with an average selling price of RMB33,936 per square meter. From January to October 2025, the sales area reached about 3,510,000 square meters, with contracted sales totaling roughly RMB120.4 billion, of which approximately RMB78.8 billion was attributable to Greentown Group. By the end of October, subscription sales stood at RMB3.4 billion, including around RMB2.2 billion attributable to Greentown Group.

October sales under project management business contributed around 850,000 square meters and RMB10.1 billion in sales. From January to October, this segment recorded a sales area of about 6,180,000 square meters, amounting to approximately RMB80.7 billion. Combining both self-investment and project management operations, the Group’s total sales area for the ten-month period reached about 9,690,000 square meters, with total contracted sales of roughly RMB201.1 billion.
