The sales amount for February was about RMB 4.6 billion, with an average selling price of around RMB 34,149 per square meter.

For the period from January to February 2026, GREENTOWN CHINA's self-developed projects recorded a total contract sales area of approximately 380,000 square meters and contract sales value of about RMB 10.8 billion. The portion attributable to the company's equity holders was approximately RMB 7.3 billion.

As of February 28, 2026, there was an additional RMB 2.8 billion from signed preliminary agreements that had not yet been converted into formal sales contracts. The equity portion attributable to the company from these agreements was approximately RMB 1.9 billion.

In February 2026, the group's project management business achieved sales of approximately 310,000 square meters, generating sales revenue of about RMB 4.1 billion. For the first two months of the year, the project management segment accumulated sales of around 560,000 square meters, with a total sales value of approximately RMB 7.5 billion.

Combining both self-developed projects and project management business, GREENTOWN CHINA achieved a total contract sales area of about 940,000 square meters and a total contract sales value of approximately RMB 18.3 billion for the two-month period ended February 28, 2026. This represents a decrease of 23.8% compared to the same period last year.
