AEM Holdings sets up new Singapore subsidiary to drive electronics R&D

AEM Holdings Ltd. announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, AEM Networks Pte. Ltd., expanding its operational footprint in Singapore.

The new entity, formed on Dec, 03 2025 with an issued share capital of 1 Singapore dollar, is held through AEM Singapore Pte. Ltd. and is 100% owned by the group.

AEM Networks will engage in research and experimental development on electronics and in the manufacture and repair of engineering and scientific instruments.

The company stated that the incorporation has no material impact on its net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the period ended Dec, 31 2025.

No director or controlling shareholder has any direct or indirect interest in the transaction, AEM Holdings said in its filing dated Feb, 25 2026.
