CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (stock code: 01800) released its monthly return report for the period ended 28 February 2026. Total authorized share capital remained at RMB 16.27 billion, comprising 4.42 billion H shares and 11.86 billion A shares with no changes during the month.
At month-end, 4.42 billion H shares remained in issue with no adjustment, maintaining compliance with the applicable 5% public float requirement. The A-share count also remained at 11.86 billion in issue. The company repurchased 47.69 million A shares from September 2025 to February 2026. These repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled.
