China Harmony Auto Holding Limited (stock code: 03836, “HARMONY AUTO”) has scheduled a board meeting for 31 March 2026.
The board will consider and approve: 1. The audited financial results of the Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. 2. A potential final dividend recommendation.
Any additional corporate matters arising will also be addressed during the meeting.
