On September 16, Liu Qiangdong participated in a live cooking stream during JD.com's wine tasting event. Before starting, he openly admitted his nervousness. "This kind of nervousness is definitely like Mr. Jia Guolong's first time cooking, like Luo Yonghao's first standup comedy performance."

According to reports, Liu Qiangdong prepared a famous Suqian dish called "Yellow Dog Pig Head Meat" during the live stream. This dish, also known as "Qianlong Old Soup Yellow Dog Pig Head Meat," has a history dating back to the 12th year of Emperor Qianlong's reign (1741).

Legend has it that in the 27th year of Qianlong's reign (1762), during Emperor Qianlong's third southern inspection tour through Suqian, he chose not to alert local officials and instead disguised himself with his personal guards to explore the city. At noon, the emperor was attracted by the aroma of meat and followed the scent to a small tavern selling pig head meat. After tasting it, he praised it repeatedly and asked for the shop owner's name. Since Huang De's childhood nickname was "Big Dog," the locals called him "Yellow Dog." Upon hearing this, Emperor Qianlong laughed heartily and spontaneously composed a poem: "Yellow Dog pig head meat, tender, fresh and fragrant. Even the palace doesn't have this, unmatched throughout the land." From then on, "Yellow Dog Pig Head Meat" became widely renowned.
