On September 19, 2026, Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited disposed of 4.69 million H shares (long position) and eliminated its entire short position of 4.69 million shares of INGENIC (03223), following the lapse of the over-allotment option in the company’s IPO. The stabilizing manager, Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, did not exercise the over-allotment option during the stabilization period, resulting in the automatic reduction of both positions. This event is not a direct secondary-market dealing but a passive change due to the expiry of the over-allotment option.

Prior to the disposal, Guotai Junan International Holdings’ long position in INGENIC was 9.39 million shares, representing 30.0% of the H shares; following the disposal, the holding changed to 4.69 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 15.0%. The short position was previously 4.69 million shares (14.99%) and was completely eliminated after the event.
