WISE LIVING TEC (02481) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has resigned as the company's auditor effective October 28, 2025, due to a failure to reach consensus on audit fees for the group's consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to propose the appointment of KWNG CPA Limited (KWNG) as the new auditor to fill the vacancy left by PwC. The appointment will take effect upon approval by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) and will remain valid until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
